Hordenine hydrochloride is obtained by reacting hordenine with hydrochloric acid. The specific synthesis method is as follows:
1. First, prepare hordenine (DMB). Hordenine can be prepared by reacting 5-dimethylaminopentane-1-ene with methylamine. Reaction conditions can be selected based on specific experimental properties.
2. React the prepared hordenine with hydrochloric acid solution. During the reaction, hordenine combines with hydrogen chloride in hydrochloric acid to form hordenine hydrochloride.
